ROME '77 changed everything, Liverpool fans adopted the eternal city as their own.
I was at Rome railway station to see the first fans arrive after 3 days on the train ...the Liverpool chants were heard before the train reached the platform,and I was confronted with a mass of red and white t-shirts, no luggage (!) and a will to win the European Cup for the first time.]]></description>
